Many people are not aware that there is a regulatory body where they can file complaints if they have been mistreated. Over the past 20 years, I have strived to be a voice for the consumer as well as Funeral Directors who have opened businesses that represent Funeral Home alternatives designed to assist the consumer by providing dignified, affordable options.

The regulatory body and the funeral industry have worked together to strengthen the grip Funeral Homes have on the consumer's wallet.
